I was able to catch this program. I was very impressed with the even-handed comments by the guest speaker from NRC. Paul Stern. He did appear to overstate the content of the report. Generally he rated polygraph above chance and below perfection and tried to avoid an incorrect comparison between screening exams and criminal specific exams.

Unfortunately most of the callers including, one who purported to be a polygraph examiner, reminded me of the people you find on TV following UFO sightings.

After hearing Mr. Stern I don't believe he has any anti-polygraph agenda.

MR.STERN DID NOT APPEAR TO OVERSTATE THE CONTENT OF THE REPORT.
